The Edith Elms Special School Trust was set up following a bequest from a local resident. It supports “the educational, recreational and social needs of pupils and ex pupils of Shorefields School”. Three times a year the trustees consider applications for equipment for individual pupils but will only support where they consider there to be a clear and identified need for that equipment. They are unable to contribute to the purchase of items off a general “wish list”. Amounts allocated will vary according to the investment income of the trust each term Application forms are available from the trustees via the school office or downloaded below and emailed back.

Applications will need to be received by the end of January, end of April and end of September for consideration at each term's meeting.
